Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. It is our priority the creation of a trust bridge between consumers and us.

The consumer shall have the right to claim repair or replacement of the product, without any charge whatsoever, provided that:

• The order is wrongly executed, i.e., another item is delivered instead of that of the order, or a wrong quantity, a defective product, or a damaged package is delivered.

• The consumer contacts the store within 14 days after receipt of the product, by calling at +306947804275 or by sending an e-mail at lococombo@yahoo.com, in order to report the problem and obtain approval for return.​  Return shipping charges are not refundable.

• If the product does not correspond to the order, it must have been left unused and kept in its original package, in the condition it was received.

• To complete your return, we require a proof of the date of receipt, your order number and the original invoice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lococombo@yahoo.com

Loco Combo is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. Bank charges are not refundable.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid to Loco Combo handmade creations.
